Serviced Apartments, Spring Court, which consists of 180 Serviced apartments and 18 Shops with Roof
Top open Garden. The estimated date of commencement of Works is end of July 2004 and two years to complete. Architect firm
is "Sayhan Lim Architect"
Serviced Apartments: Block A, B & C: Total of 388 Units of Serviced apartments and 50 Shops with
Carparking bays inside the Building. The project is estimated to start construction by end of 2004 and will take 3 years to
complete. Architect firm who is designing is "B-Lee Architect".
Elite Apartments: Block E, 128 units of medium cost apartments is estimated to start construction
by Jan 2005 and estimated time to complete the project is 3 years. The Apartment comes together with Swimming pool and Multi-purpose
hall inside the compound.
Factories: 22 Units of Semi-D Factories are under Construction and estimated to complete the construction
by Dec 2005. The Architect monitoring the project is MZD Architect.
Elevated Water tank (Estimated budget of construction is RM3.05 Million) is expected to start work
at site on 1August 2004. The tender confirmation works are in progress by our Contracts Department.
Another 16 more Semi-D Factory are under the design stage and expected to commence the construction
by Mid 2005. The design confirmation by the Management is still in progress. Another 20 units (2 Blocks) of Terrace Factories
are also in the design confirmation stage by Management. The Architect for these two projects has not been confirmed.
