Our Current Projects

This page is dedicated to our Taman Mas Project. Hence all
the details are for Taman Mas Only.
The development is in 148 acres and Phase1A which consists
of Factory lots (48 SD Factories and 87 Terrace Factories) are sold out with CF. The second part (Ph.1B) is another 22 Units
of SD Factories whose construction is in progress.
Phase3 is Residential Block. We have completed Blk D (Golden
Heights Apartment) is 128 Units of Medium Cost Apartment is completed in 2001 and owners have moved in. Penaga Mas Block A
& B (Phase3B) is under construction and expected to complete in August 2004, which consists of 344 units of medium cost
Apartments. Cengal Apartments are also in progress and will be completed by August 2004 (125 Units of Low Cost Apartments,
Phase3C). There is also a Club House with all facilities (Gym, Cafetaria, Aerobic Room, Indoor Sports, Child Care, Squash,
Badminton Hall, Swimming pool etc..) which is now open to Public (all our valued Residents in Taman Mas).
Phase4 is a Commercial cum Residential Block. Phase4A consists
of 5 Blocks of Shop/Office, Phase4B consists of 6 Blocks of Shop / Apartment out of which 4 Blocks are with CF and other two
blocks expecting CF by July 2004. Phase4C is "Spring Court" Serviced Apartment which is in progress, expected to complete
in 24 months from now. There are ample car parks and green area and also a "Chinese Temple" open for Public.
